I genuinely wanted to give reviews so writing it after one month of use. i have bought this product while i was looking for some good quality honey ….just seeing the name nd after reading about company’s profile ordered it a bit expensive product. But i am happy that i got exactly the quality i was searching. I just included one spoon of honey in warm water in morning routine and it has improved my digestion related issues. I started feeling light . When i consumed this bottle i ordered dabur honey thinking that was cheaper on my pocket but the quality dabur ( squeeze bottle ) is giving i felt its more like watery than honey.you dont feel the thickness of honey in that as well aa the fragrance nd taste seems filtered one. So again ordered the honey shop product ( ajwain honey ) though its a bit different in taste but yes it is again good for health nd stomach. I hope that company will maintain its quality and not take advantage of customer like patanjali products which now a days getting poor in quality.

The purest honey I found on Amazon so far! I have tasted quite a few brands of honey and of all the claimants to the ‘pure’, ‘organic’, ‘authentic’ honey tags available on Amazon, this is by far the best!
It passed all the usual dissolution tests (hot water, cold water); one whiff of this honey and you can sense the strong, raw aroma of unprocessed, unfiltered (raw) honey. It gave me a ‘heady’ or ‘honey rush’ the first time I tasted it (I have abstained from sweets and sugar for the past 2-3 years now) and the taste is unlike any of the processed, sugary-tasting brands. Has to be consumed in extremely low quantities given the nature of extraction (raw, unfiltered). This is the only honey product I will re-order. Amazon should label this as their (Amazon’s) choice and ensure it is free for delivery for Prime members. Wait, they already have!! Great job , Amazon!

This is my first purchase of a raw honey. I always have been accustomed to the taste of most of the processed honey and I purchased this for a change. It smelled funny first, and still has small white bubble kind on the edges of the honey. Not sure what it is.
The honey is not as thick as the ones I normally see, and also is cloudy.
The taste is also not like the usual ones found in the market. I am assuming all this is because of the raw nature of the honey. Maybe I could try another flavor of the honey next and would know the differences and pros.
I haven’t been accustomed to this yet. But hopefully I will. The only gripe I do have is that of the postage. Would have appreciated more if it was made a prime eligible product..

I have purchased raw honey from many brands here on Amazon and this turned out to be very good.
Pros:
Sweetness is mild and good and not highly sweet like some other brands. My understanding some brands mix little sugar syrup to raw honey. But did not feel any such thing here as i have a raw honey from another brand and is very very sweet.

Does not mixes immediately in room temperature/luke warm water which.
I also have raw honey direct from hives from rural areas of UP. all properties are very much similar to it.

I loved the way the product was sent across. Well packed and the glass bottle was intact. The company also sends over a small pamphlet with details about their offerings and explaining the difference between the various offerings. I love the taste of this honey and since honey has become an essential in our house, we use it as a substitute for sugar, especially for my son. Instead of sugar we give him little honey as a side for dosas or so. Also we use it in milk with a little turmeric as this works on the immunity.

Having had raw forest honey and than higher priced organic ones, I can say that this is definitely genuine and pure honey. Unlike other commercial brands which make their honey artificially sweet using sugar/sweeteners. It is much better than other brands selling under the pretext of organic honey. This honey however has a more authentic taste with natural sweetness similar to pure honey I’ve consumed. Also it was proved when I put it in water.

Writing this after reading certain reviews regarding purity test- PLEASE READ
I had used this product about an year ago, not for consuming purposes as much but more for face pack and other beauty remedies. Though I had tasted it many times and quite liked the way it tasted. It never crystalises and everything seemed fine. Never did a purity test on it but the result of my facepack were in line with using a good honey.
Now coming to the main reason I wanted to write this review- I don’t understand this water soluble purity test. I have absolutely pure raw unprocessed honey at home which my father got from a bee-hive on a tree at one of our khet(farm land). He is a farmer by profession and has been his entire life. He got it directly from the hive and then at home my mum just strained it. So yeah I am 100% sure that it is completely unadulterated and natural. I tried this “real honey isn’t soluble in water test” and what a load of nonsense. Though it settled at the bottom but it did dissolve in a while. So I think people really need to revisit their source of this information. I also told my mum and dad about this test thing and they laughed at me asking who told me this nonsense. They have lived majority part of their lives in a village where honey collection was a normal thing and always had supply of honey at home by such means. They said honey absolutely dissolves in water. Maybe time to look for new ways to test the purity because this definitely is not one. Again, I never performed the purity test in this brand’s honey just putting it out that this test isn’t a test at all it’s nonsense

My first raw honey and cloudy judgement..
This is my first purchase of a raw honey. I always have been accustomed to the taste of most of the processed honey and I purchased this for a change. It smelled funny first, and still has small white bubble kind on the edges of the honey. Not sure what it is.
The honey is not as thick as the ones I normally see, and also is cloudy.
The taste is also not like the usual ones found in the market. I am assuming all this is because of the raw nature of the honey. Maybe I could try another flavor of the honey next and would know the differences and pros.
I haven’t been accustomed to this yet. But hopefully I will. The only gripe I do have is that of the postage. Would have appreciated more if it was made a prime eligible product..

I normally use honey in hot water or in green tea. All other honey like Dabur, Himalaya, Patanjali etc. taste well when use in cold water but when I use them in hot water or green tea, they give very unpleasant smell and it was quite difficult for me to consume those drinks.
I placed order from “Honey Shop” for trial and it was very good. It doesn’t give any smell in hot drinks and taste as good as you consume otherwise. It’s not very thick like other brand.
Though it is little costly, but I liked it so much that I ordered another bottle of sunflower honey.
You may try it once if you want good real honey.

Testing honey – Possible Mistakes
Like everyone, I too did the water solubility test for this product first and it got dissolved. Then I thought if honey doesn’t dissolve how can I use it in hot or cold water? Then I realised my mistake of pouring a few drops of honey in water for tests. Then I tried with two teaspoon honey in a cup of water and found out it is insoluble without stirring. For my surprise I found no sweet taste in the clear water above the honey layer, and concluded this honey is not adulterated. My mistake in the first test is, honey dispersed itself to the whole surface and layer became thin for naked eye view. From my experience this is one of the best honey in the market. Go for it.

Taste and flavour wise it tasted like the very earlier days(more than 35years ago) honey flavour where we knew it was not adulterated. Packaging is in eco friendly glass bottles so it is good. Consistency and thickness is good. It crystallizes in the bottom when refrigerated for many days, which I think is the correct thing to happen. Overall glad that such raw unprocessed good quality honey is getting back into market due to the honey shops efforts.

Pros:
Sweetness is mild and good and not highly sweet like some other brands. My understanding some brands mix little sugar syrup to raw honey. But did not feel any such thing here as i have a raw honey from another brand and is very very sweet.

Having had raw forest honey and than higher priced organic ones, I can say that this is definitely genuine and pure honey. Unlike other commercial brands which make their honey artificially sweet using sugar/sweeteners. It is much better than other brands selling under the pretext of organic honey.
