Pure honey with a soft cottony flavour
Why is it great?

Cotton flowers have a very short life – 5 to 7 days only. Even more short-lived is the nectar life – only day 1 of the flowers gives nectar to the bees. From next day onwards, the bees reroute themselves to the leaf-like floral part at the base of the actual flower and collect another nectar from here. The most impressive feat is that the honey harvested from the extra-floral nectar is exactly similar to the honey harvested from the flower. The honey is light in colour and the flavour is buttery with some juicy fruity undernotes. The honey is really sweet but gives a mild tingle at the back of the throat after consumption. I’ve tried their raw forest , acacia and sidr honey. My all time favourites are the acacia and sidr honey. Each one has a distinct flavour which is great. In case u are wondering what they taste like… I would say it’s a light sweetner and has a subtle florally favour which you can definitely taste. Not being fond of honey in the first place, raw forest honey was too overpowering for my taste. If you like stronger flavor, you can go with the raw forest.
Fast shipping is a plus.
But the bottle is extremely fragile which is a major disappointment especially at this price. It broke quite easily with a mild knock and shattered into million pieces. Perhaps now I understand the reason behind all the heavy bubble wrapping they send along.

Of all honey I have tasted, and I have tasted a lot of different honey, collecting honey is my obsession, this is the best brand. Closest to the real thing. Very very delicious and beautiful flavor. Also it doesnt have the melted wax smell that is quite common in honey and rather disgusting. They are lightly sweet and lightly flavored. Love having a spoon full as desert after meals.

I bought honey from ‘The Honey Shop’ for the first time and this is my first ‘Acacia Honey’. I would say that the honey tastes good. The price is definitely on higher side than other commercially sold honey but I would say that one should always try honey from non-regular brands out there in the market.
I am satisfied with this honey and once this bottle of honey is over, I would definitely go for other flavors by ‘The Honey Shop’.

This Acacia honey is light in colour, mildly flavoured.
Was expecting more lighter shade though cause its white honey category.
I have used earlier their eucalyptus honey, which is stronger in flavour.

It says this honey is collected from Acacia flower. But I’ve to say this is the best honey I’ve ever tasted. It has very mild fragrance to it and as you taste it you are engulfed into that sweet aroma. I never knew such exotic flavors even exists for honey. I tried this flavor after I had tried and liked the Raw Forest Honey from the Honey Shop. The Acacia Flavour is said to be made by bees feeding on the acacia flowers in Kashmir- it has a subtle sweetness, which goes well with green tea and is good for baking too.
The packaging is excellent. I have placed several orders and so far they have all arrived in perfect condition.
The Honey Shop supplies some of the best honey you can get and it makes a great gift. It is costlier than brands like Patanjali and Dabur, but it is far superior. Go for it!
