1. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by writing to us at info@thehoneyshopindia.com. However the order cannot be cancelled after it has been dispatched.

6. How will I get the refund on cancellation or modification for order?
Once your order is cancelled or modified refund will be initiated by our executive through online mode. Your balance amount will be refunded to your bank account from which payment was received within 15 working days from cancellation or modification of order.
7. How much time it takes for order delivery?
We will dispatch your order within 24 hours from the confirmation. The delivery time depends on your location.
8. Can I place order over the phone?

9. Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched you will get an email which includes the L.R number and name of courier through which your goods are dispatched. You can either track your order from the website of courier company or mail us on info@thehoneyshopindia.com
10. Can I modify order after I have placed it?
After the order is confirm it cannot be modified. However if immediately E-mail is sent to our customer care at info@thehoneyshopindia.com and if the order is not dispatched as yet we can make necessary changes.
11. Do I get confirmation on placing order?
Yes, after you place an order and your payment is successful you will get an confirmation mail on your E-mail address. This E-mail will details of your order.
