    Once your order is cancelled or modified refund will be initiated by our executive through online mode. Your balance amount will be refunded to your bank account from which payment was received within 15 working days from cancellation or modification of order.

    Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched you will get an email which includes

    the L.R number and name of courier through which your goods are

    dispatched. You can either track your order from the website of courier

    company or mail us on info@thehoneyshopindia.com

    After the order is confirm it cannot be modified. However if immediately E-mail

    is not dispatched as yet we can make necessary changes.
